At The Essence of Freedom, we strive to provide you with a seamless and efficient shipping experience. Please review our shipping terms below:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate and calculated shipping options at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method. Free shipping is available on orders over $100 within the United States.

  • Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout for faster delivery.

  • International Shipping: We ship globally! Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and typically range from 7-21 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your order is shipped, The Essence of Freedom is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

  • Eligibility for Returns: You can return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must have original tags attached and be in their original packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Please note that sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are non-returnable.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service at support@essenceoffreedom.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return label. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, we offer free exchanges on eligible items. Simply follow the return process and specify your exchange request.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
